Normal sudoku rules apply. In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat along each of the marked diagonals.

If you highlight rows, columns, and boxes of the puzzle in two equally sized sets those sets will contain the same digits. Any cells that are in both sets can be removed without affecting this equivalence.

The good news is that I cut all of my sudoku puzzles into jigsaw puzzles. The bad news is that I accidentally got them all mixed up. Here are nine pieces from nine different puzzles.

The intention is for you to use the 8x8 version of Phistomefel’s theorem. Which, as far as I know, is a novel concept. If you can do that, this puzzle is much simpler.

I had an unsolved 1 star sudoku puzzle that I accidentally left folded up on my desk. I asked someone to scan it and email it to me but they didn’t unfold it before doing so!

This magenta box is a 4x4 magic square that has been tilted 45 degrees. This magic square must contain the numbers 1 through 16 exactly once and each row, column, and main diagonal of the magenta box must have the same sum.

Try it EITHER as King Sudoku (identical digits cannot be a chess king’s move apart) OR Queen Sudoku (9s cannot be a chess queen’s move apart) OR Knight Sudoku (identical digits cannot be a knight’s move apart)

This is the Goldilock’s puzzle. It has 3 solutions. The first and easiest solution is found after placing a 1 in the central gray box. Placing a 2 in the box gives a moderately difficult solve.
